CF\u00ae dyes are Biotium&#8217;s line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Orange fluorescent CF\u00ae535ST dye has excitation\/emission at 535\/568 nm and is designed specifically for STORM super-resolution imaging. To minimize cross-reactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against bovine, chicken, goat, guinea pig, Syrian hamster, horse, human, rabbit, and sheep serum.
