Antigen Binding Region: According to Kollipara et al., the antigen binding region of MAB 238 was determined to be around the trypsin-reactive domain rather than the chymotrypsin-reactive domain. <\/p>\n
Cell culture Supernatant: Antibody yield per ml was determined to be 1.0mg\/ml when purified by ammonium sulfate. Sodium Azide was added as the preservative at 0.05%. <\/p>\n
