– 5X Passive Lysis Buffer is concentrated lysis buffer designed for use with Biotium’s Renilla Luciferase Assay Kit 2.0. Those kits are supplied with sufficient 5X Passive Lysis Buffer to complete the stated number of assays using 96-well to 24-well plates. 5X Passive Lysis Buffer is sold separately for use with the kits when more lysis buffer (e.g., >100 uL per well) is required.
